Mitsubishi Paper Mills has always been a pioneer, developing cutting edge products to meet the needs of emerging technology. MPM development one of the first inkjet treatments in the Japanese market, for transactional (form) paper for telephone bill statements. MPM’s treated papers set the bar for water resistance, print speed, ink capacity, high-density barcode readability, and self seal post-pasting suitability.
Building on this success and experience, Mitsubishi Paper Mills then responded to the emerging requirements for digital printing in the publishing industry with the launch of three new products:
Mitsubishi Premier IJ Form is a premium, bright white, matte lightweight inkjet coated paper designed for high resolution graphics. The proprietary instant dry coating produces exceptional color gamut and line acuity without sacrificing print speed or color accuracy.
Mitsubishi Premier IJ Book raises the bar for high-volume book printing. With a brighter, whiter and more opaque sheet, Premier IJ Book (43# text) offers a valuable yield savings, exceeds the 800 PPI requirement for book publishing and allows for easier production with lower drying temperatures, minimizing stresses on the paper that cause curl and brittleness.
Mitsubishi Value IJ Transaction is an economical alternative to inkjet coated papers that offers a competitively priced sheet with outstanding line acuity, image sharpness, water resistance, high-density barcode readability, and self seal post-pasting suitability, making it ideal for transactional and transpromotional printing
