Thermal Laser Film
TRF-IR830
- Thermal laser heat sensitive plate making film
Images are formed by a heat sensitive reaction with 830nm infrared laser light.
- Ideal for screen, flexo, letterpress and liquid resin plate making
Sufficient blackening density of D-max 4.0 to 3.5 and UV transparency.
- Recommended thermal imager is Kodak Trendsetter Q800/400DIALIBRE
By adopting the drum exposure method, acheives excellent image reproducibility and output dimensional accuracy.
Ideal for replacing conventional image setter/silver halide film plate making systems.
Features
- High quality and high precision
Laser exposure method provides high quality and high precision of 1 to 99% (at 200 lpi) and consistently stable image reproducibility.
- A processless dry type film that does not use any processing chemicals
Unaffected by the condition of the chemicals, there is consistent stable film output.
Environmentally friendly system, not requiring any waste liquid treatment/recovery. - Excellent scratch resistance and chemical resistance, and high durability
The protective layer on the film surface makes it resistant to scratches, and it also has excellent durability against alcohol and the like used during cleaning.
Easy to handle during plate making, such as the use of opaque pens or writing/erasing with a magic pen as necessary, and of course repeated plate making is also possible.
- No debris or odors are generated during printing, creating a highly efficient and comfortable working environment
No debris (substances that contaminate the film surface) is generated, allowing for the output of clean film that requires less frequent cleaning. No unpleasant odors or floating substances are generated, making this a system that is friendly to the working environment.
